Registered Care Manager - Swindon

£35,000 - £39,000 plus Performance Bonus

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual with experience in the care sector to join our team in Swindon.  Everlife (Swindon) is an established domiciliary care provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centered care to individuals within the Swindon community. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional domiciliary care services, managing a team of dedicated care professionals, growth and development of the service, recruitment and training and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant care qualification (NVQ Level 5 or equivalent or willing to work towards it).

• Experience in a supervisory/managerial position within a care setting

• Understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.

• Effective communication and organisational skills.

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to providing care services.
